How long does it take to get an account setup?
Once you submit a request for an account, we will contact you to complete the procedure. This process will usually take place and you'll be up and running in a couple of business days.
Why do I have to request an account and have it set up by you?
Good Dog Marketing is very cautious about spam and we require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and also willing to agree to our anti-spam policy. This set up keeps our company and you safe from accidentally violating the CAN-SPAM Laws as well as protects us and you from anyone who would willingly violate those laws.
What if I need help?
Built into Good Dog Marketing system is an extensive "help" section that can answer many of the questions that could come up. The "help" button is easily located in the upper right of your browser window when you are inside your account. Can I integrate this service with my existing website?
Once inside your account you will have the ability to generate all the code you need to add an email list sign-up form to your existing web site. It's as easy as copy, paste, collect!
Why would I pay to send my email newsletter? Can't I just use Outlook?
Unlike using Outlook, Good Dog Marketing offers clients the ability to send out professional looking graphic and html based emails. Along with looking profession to your customers you'll be given, at no extra charge, prefession reports that will detail to you just how well your customers are responding to your emails and give you insight on how to plan your next email campaign.
